* Scorecards customized to the Presidents of each unit
* Breakdown revenues and expenses by segment. Revenues
and expenses between subsidiaries
* Allocate support costs to appropriate market segments
and provide “true” profitability figures

* Automate non-value added activities related to

* Single customizable data source to power all financial
